The Dermaceutical Company Ltd, delivers to UK, European and international customers. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. For International orders, any fees charged by customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom
The Dermaceutical Company delivers goods at a flat rate of £5 per order to anywhere in the UK (including Northern Ireland) via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Orders received before 2pm will be despatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, and at the weekend will be sent out on Monday.
Europe
Deliveries to Europe will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 days, at a cost of £10.
Worldwide
Deliveries to the rest of the World to be sent via Royal Mail Airmail, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 working days (may be longer for some destinations), at a cost of £15.
The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee is applicable.
VAT (value added tax) of 17.5% will not be charged for items delivered outside the European Community where applicable. The VAT will deduct automatically before purchase.
Please make sure you provide a shipping address at which someone will be present during the day as the products are sent recorded delivery and will need to be signed for.
