USE TIPS AND HOME TREATMENTS
Deep Pore Cleanse: an excellent treatment for acne and problem skin
You'll need:
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Purifying Cleanser
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Nourishing Treatment Oil
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Soothing Gel
Massage the Organic Purifying Cleanser into your skin and rinse well.
Place a towel in lukewarm water, squeeze the towel then place it over the face like a compress, wiping the face as your remove it.
Repeat the compress action several times, then gently apply the Organic Nourishing Treatment Oil. (For severe acne and inflammation, do not rub the oil onto the skin, just use a gentle pressing motion.)
Leave the oil on for 10-20 minutes to allow it to nourish your skin.
Then apply more Organic Purifying Cleanser to the face mixed with a few drops of water, and use a circular motion to create a light foam.
Take a very soft, dry cloth and wipe off the mixture in downward movements.
Try to use a clean and dry cloth on each area of the skin.
Rinse and dry, then follow with an application of the Organic Soothing Gel.
Dry Skin Remedy: for super hydration
You'll need:
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Nourishing Treatment Oil
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Day or Night Cream
Mix a few drops of the Organic Nourishing Treatment Oil into your Organic Day or Night Cream, (depending on time of day).
Massage well into cleansed skin.
Suitable as a make-up base.
Monthly Exfoliating Treatment
You'll need:
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Enzyme Exfoliator Mask
Organic goat's milk yoghurt
Organic honey
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Universal Mask
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Purifying Cleanser
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Replenishing Serum
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Day or Night Cream
Mix one full teaspoon of the Organic Enzyme Exfoliator Mask with 3-5 teaspoons of the goat's milk yoghurt, one teaspoon of organic honey, and a touch of water, and apply to cleansed skin.
Leave on for 10-minutes, but do not let the mask dry out.
Rinse off with Organic Purifying Cleanser and a towel soaked in lukewarm water.
Repeat the procedure, but this time use Dr. Alkaitis Organic Universal Mask, leaving on for 10-15 minutes.
Rinse as before, then gently massage Organic Replenishing Serum onto the skin, and follow with Organic Day or Night Cream.
Flawless Foundation
You'll need:
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Eye Cream
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Day Cream
Liquid foundation and/or concealer
Mix some Organic Day Cream to your liquid foundation to blend easily and leave a naturally flawless finish.
Alternatively mix a small amount of Organic Eye Cream with your concealer and apply to the under-eye area and over blemishes using a soft make-up brush.

Nourishing Body Treatment
You'll need:

After a shower or bath, when the body is still damp, apply a small amount of the Organic Nourishing Treatment Oil between the palms of your hands and massage quickly all over your body to lock in moisture.
This lovely oil will quickly absorb into your skin, leaving it soft, silky and hydrated.
Extremely beneficial for any skin disorders including eczema, rosacea, rashes and sensitivity.
Sunburn Saver
You'll need:
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Replenishing Serum
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Night Cream
This quick-acting soothing treatment helps to normalise sunburn redness, creating a post-spa glow.
Gently sponge the burned areas with tepid water and towel dry.
Apply a small amount of Organic Replenishing Serum onto the skin and let it dry.
Reapply as needed, and follow with Organic Night Cream.
Hands and Feet Treatment
You'll need:
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Nourishing Oil
Essential Oils
Gently warm the Organic Nourishing Oil by standing the bottle in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes, then pour a tablespoon's-worth into your palm or a small bowl.
Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil as desired.
Massage well into the hands, feet and cuticles, then wrap with warm, damp towels and plastic (such as cling film, plastic bags, shower caps).
Leave on for 10-30-minutes.
Extreme Moisturising Hand Treatment
You'll need:
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Mix Soothing Gel - 1/4 teaspoon
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Nourishing Oil - 1/4 teaspoon
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Day Cream - 1/2 size amount
Put in the hollow of the hand and start washing your hands with the mixture. These amounts were based on very large hands so adjustments can be made.
